Table of Contents in the Kindle edition is greyed, I was unable to open it.How one is supposed to read a book without Table of Contents?This is not a US edition. I purchased this book directly from Amazon, it had a white label over both areas on the front cover where it said it was not to be sold outside of India. It is not the same as the US version. Pretty ridiculous it was I would do something like this, I already opened it so I don’t think I can return it, so I’m just out the money.
