In a process-oriented organization employees are most likely they don’t have a grip over their roles in the execution of a range of processes to meet operational requirements. The current enterprise organization structure as adopted by most of the companies following the top-down command strategy in day to day work activities. However, the increased complexity level of organization dictated by the enterprise expansion or increase in production demand have contributed to a major leadership concerns that cannot be accommodated in traditional organization structure. Self-organization is a great concept for building scalable systems consisting of a huge number of subsystems. The primary objectives are improved scalability and dynamic adaptation to changing organization dynamic environmental conditions. Until now, many self organization methods have been developed for communication within hierarchy structure in general and Holarchy networks in particular. Nevertheless, the term self-organization communication protocol in Holarchy Structure is still often misunderstood or misused.
