This book is the same book that was suggested on my syllabus for my graduate Management Theory class, but was a whole lot cheaper online! It arrived in a very timely mannner - and its soft cover!The introductons are the best because it overs a clear overview of the each section - some of the outdated writing of the articles can be a bit tough to read through - so the intro's help a lot.
