This is a match made in heaven - the players are so in tune with each other on such highly creative level that I can't begin to tell what was pre-written and what totally improvised. The All Music Guide lists both as composers but unfortunately the CD-R version, which I purchased from amazon, has no liner notes. (The AMG website also has a misleading review by Scott Yarrow who found the music "inconclusive and generally disturbing" He also complains of "not much communication" - nothing could be further from reality!)Be warned that I have experienced a 1 second dropout on track 2 about every second time I play this CD-R but I can't say whether this is due to my system or the CD-R or both. The normal CD is available but significantly more expensive. (I also bought another Soul Note CD-R from amazon half of which is unplayable on my oppo blu-ray player.)
