This book is extremely straight forward and understandable. Dan Jacobs takes the sometimes cumbersome concepts of project management and boils them down into a simple strategy to achieve success (or even higher levels of success). More importantly, Mr. Jacobs does this in a way to make the reader understand that this strategy is adaptable to almost any organization, sub-organization or personal goal. Additionally, his worksheets at the end of each chapter are excellent tools to use on a daily basis. All one has to do is select the concepts that apply to one's current situation and goals not only become possible, they become achieved.I thought being a PMI-certified PMP would give me a leg up on my peers...and it did. This book, "The Art of the Possible", gives me a distinct advantage over and above my PMP certification---an 'extra leg-up' in any situation. I highly encourage anyone who wishes to achieve more than they currently achieve to read this book.
