did not realize this was an intl edition when purchasing. Used the ISBN for the book my school requested, not the intl edition. Hoping it has the right content...the last thing I need is two of these.This book is too academic. Managers and consultants should purchase Beitler's "Strategic Organizational Change" for real-world advice.I agree with some of the other reviewers who recommended "real world" books by Beitler, Schein, Kotter, and other authors. Cummings and Worley's work is only helpful if you are an academic trying to understand the real world.The Cummings and Worley book of organisational change and development is a great introduction to the topic. Highly recommended although you may need further texts to clarify some of the theories described in this book.Very good bookThe most comprehensive and informative text on organizational development. Ideal for postgraduate studies. Both theories and applications are extensively covered. The glossary provided at the end is useful.Book rcvd on time, good safe packaging.New book, good content.Lot of unprinted pages and pages not in order. This might be a pirated book.
