Excellent descriptions, suggestions and encouragement of what a person may accomplish by using action research methods. The class I had taken used a different text, however I found this a better fit, as it speaks to people in many professions (whereas the other focused on teachers/school personnel)I have recommended this book to a number of other people as well.
