This is a really interesting read. Being a layman in the field and at the same time forced to deal with the results of climate and culture I have found this to be a fascinating book. For anyone who deals with organizational betterment, this is a must read.The authors do a nice job of describing the history of climate and culture research (which in itself is quite interesting) and then bring the reader up to modern day. The application of organizational change models is very interesting as well. In my line of work, this is something that typically happens along with what I am doing, often as a result.Highly recommend this book if you are interested in the research and history of the climate and culture analysis and change realm. Well written book, extremely easy to read.
